Seascape Village is a condominium community in the north region of San Clemente, California that is only a mile from the beach. Residents enjoy the many amenities of coastal living.

The Capistrano Unified School District serves this community, with highly ranked facilities such as Palisades Elementary School and Shorecliffs Middle School. Award winning San Clemente High School offers advanced placement courses and an International Baccalaureate (IB) program. Students can also take classes in a more flexible atmosphere with the Capistrano Connections Academy, a virtual public K-12 school. There are several private schools, such as Our Lady of Fatima Parish School, Our Savior’s Lutheran School, and Talega Preparatory Academy.
Residents are within walking distance to the Shorecliff Golf Club, and within minutes to the Poche and Capistrano beaches. The Doheny State Beach is two miles away, and it’s less than a mile to the 5 Freeway. There are many restaurants and stores nearby at centers like the Outlets at San Clemente which is an outdoor shopping facility.
San Clemente is one of the more affordable beach cities in Orange County, especially considering the many ocean front homes. It is famous for its Spanish Colonial architecture, and known as the “Spanish Village by the Sea.” It is also one of the best surfing cities because of the year-long swells. Many surfing tournaments are held here.
